yogurt parfait: seasonally inspired.

oatmeal: steel-cut oats, topped with brown sugar and fruit.

homemade granola: with milk or almond milk.

fresh fruit plate. add yogurt for an additional charge.

açai bowl: açai blended with fresh fruit, topped with granola, coconut flakes, chia and flax seeds.

morning sandwich: scrambled eggs, cheddar, choice of ham, bacon or avocado, tomatillo sauce, sesame semolina.

sunrise burrito: eggs, cheddar, black beans, avocado, pico de gallo.  add bacon for an additional charge.

pepper & egg sandwich: eggs scrambled with chihuahua cheese, topped with roasted poblanos, onions and lemon aioli on sesame semolina.

huevos rancheros tostadas: “sunny side up” eggs, black beans, chihuahua cheese, avocado mash, chopped jalapeños and diced tomatoes.

iron man omelette: egg whites scrambled with red peppers, chopped brussels sprouts, onion, arugula, side of salsa verde and avocado mash.

bagel & schmear: cream cheese, tomato, red onion, cucumber.

smoked salmon plate: cream cheese, fresh dill, capers, cucumber, tomato, sesame semolina or bagel.
